Manchester Housing Stability Director Adrienne Beloin and Beech Street shelter manager Jake King say the shelter is managed well. Beloin says she won’t apologize for her remarks that got her into hot water with aldermen. King says remarks that he works only 20 hours a week at the shelter are incorrect.
