Recently, a ‘detransioner’ won a $2 million lawsuit against New York doctors accused of pushing a double mastectomy on her when she was a minor. Additionally, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) recommends delaying transgender surgeries until 19 years old: ‘Potential long-term harms.’
