Investigative reporter Damien Fisher joins us to talk about the upcoming case before the NH Supreme Court to review the findings of a verdict that limited the payment to a victim in the NH YDC Sexual Abuse case.

We also discuss that Supreme Court Justice Heinz-Marconi has recused herself from all remaining cases pending her retirement in February 2026.
