Dr. John Lappie: The Need for Calmer Heads in Minneapolis

The continued unrest in Minnesota and the shooting death of a civilian by the Border Patrol in Minneapolis have taken an already strained situation to a dangerous new level.

Plymouth State University, Dr. John Lappie, offers a more reflective tone on the crisis and a concern that calmer heads need to prevail before more people are injured or killed.
