Training includes knife skills, food preparation, commercial kitchen equipment, recipe interpretation, kitchen organization and the pace and expectations of a professional food-service operation.” Gathernh.org

Gather.org is an incredible organization that provides nutritious food and prepared meals to people experiencing hunger on the Seacoast of NH and in Maine.

We are joined by Gather Deputy Director Tania Marino, who shares the story of Gather. From the incredible pantry market, the mobile markets, and the newly instituted innovative Fresh Start, a no-cost culinary workforce training program, Tania explores the many ways the team at Gather is serving the community.
