Granite Grok: The Real Reasons Colleges Are Closing?
Granite Grok: The Real Reasons Colleges Are Closing?

Steve MacDonald from one of New Hampshire’s leading online commentary sites, Granite Grok, joins The Morning Update host Jeff Chidester to discuss one of the Grok’s recent articles, ‘Another Reason Colleges are Closing.’

As colleges close, many miss the point about why prospective students are looking elsewhere for education and careers.

From degrees that offer no employment and massive debt, to the increased interest in ‘the trades’ and the realization that many colleges are nothing more than places of far-Left indoctrination, colleges are still baffled as to why their enrollment is disappearing.

Steve and Jeff also discuss our neighbors to the North, Canada. From anti-liberty legislation against self-defense, a shrinking per capita individual GDP, and an unwillingness to be a good partner and neighbor with the USA, Canada feels that it can go it alone without the USA and find a new sugar daddy in China.
