Cornerstone NH Attorney Ian Huyett joins us in the story to discuss the Students (First Act, RSA 189:75-78).

Ian explains that the Students First Act requires districts to post line graphs showing 10-year changes in their cost per pupil, average teacher pay, and administrator salaries 7 days before voters adopt a school budget.

There are already shows in violation of the policy; too many either do not comply with the law or ‘manipulating’ the data to misrepresent its intent.
