Legal Council from Cornerstone Action, Ian Huyett. joins us to discuss Governor Ayotte’s nomination of current Superior Court Judge, Dan Will, to the Supreme Court.

The nomination has received strong pushback from NH conservative groups. Ian explains the issues with the nomination.

We also talk with Ian about an update on an NH legislative resolution on the document claim to the property boundary between Maine and New Hampshire in the area of the Piscataqua River and the Portsmouth Navy Yard.
