A recent UNH poll has AOC leading in New Hampshire, but does the poll matter? The DNC is looking at bypassing New Hampshire as the ‘First-in-the-Nation’ Primary State. If that happens, the DNC will impose heavy penalties on any Democratic candidates who violate its primary rules.
