Joel Griffith: Washington Can’t Become America’s Bookie

Joel Griffith, a senior fellow at the Plymouth Institute for Free Enterprise at the Advancing American Freedom Foundation, will explain how the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is attempting to claim broad federal power to regulate prediction markets, overriding the already established gambling regulatory regimes in all 50 states.
