How does the Monroe Doctrine play into the recent destruction of the Venezuelan drug cartel boat?

We brushed off the cobwebs from our 8th-grade history class and discussed the Monroe Doctrine with Dr. John Lappie from Plymouth State University.

We also talk about a poll on support for Socialism and the push by some Maine Republicans to recruit younger candidates to run for office.
