There has been a flurry of pretrial activity in Utah for the early part of the Charlie Kirk Murder Case. What are we seeing early into the process?

The defense has made a unique motion to recuse the entire Utah County Attorney’s Office from handling the prosecution. What does that mean for the progression of the case, and is there any validity to the motion?
