As New Hampshire celebrates its 250th Anniversary of our founding. In our recent history, Maine somehow gained control of a major part of New Hampshire’s legacy, the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

Constitutional Attorney Ian Huyett and private historian and New Hampshire State Rep. Joe Barton visit us in the studio to discuss the rightful owner of the island and waters surrounding the navy yard.

Ian and Rep. Barton provide a compelling argument, supported by several volumes of evidence, that warrants a reexamination of how Maine may have falsely perceived that the Navy Yard was theirs to govern.
