NH Should Fight to Reclaim the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard

For centuries, it was understood that the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard was part of New Hampshire. However, somewhere in time, New Hampshire ‘lost the rights’ to the historical, juridical control over the territory. How did this happen, and is there something New Hampshire can do to reclaim its legal claim?

Attorney Ian Huyett joins us to discuss his research on this topic and the historical importance of New Hampshire resuming legal action to restore the state’s rightful ownership.
