NH Governor Ayotte vetoed a bill that would have imposed a fee/tax on every can of paint sold in New Hampshire.

Additionally, Gordon Darby, the company that used to provide emissions testing as part of NH’s vehicle inspection program, has asked a federal judge to hold New Hampshire in contempt for failing to continue the state’s inspection program.
