NH Veterans Home: A Creative Way to Overcome the LNA Shortage

We join Holly O’Connell and Kendra Belair, LNA Training Program at the NH Veterans Home, on location to discuss an innovative program to recruit, train, and employ the much-needed LNAs. The team at the NH Veterans Home has established an LNA training program that costs students nothing and guarantees an LNA position at the NH Veterans Home upon completion of the program.
