We sit down with the social work team, consisting of Cara Conserva, Krystal Fawcett, and Lisa Hale.

We discuss how the team first starts working with residents and their families from the very beginning during the admission phase. The team continues to work with other departments throughout the resident’s stay to help the resident and their family with their mental health needs.
