How vulnerable are essential institutions and vital infrastructures to cyber attacks? What options do K-12 schools, government entities (especially small, local governments), drinking water and wastewater facilities have when they lack the expertise, time, and resources?

Overwatch Foundation was created explicitly in NH to help by providing grant-funded cybersecurity auditing and engineering, infrastructure and software modernization, and workforce development.
