The VA mistakenly sent 35,000 military members foreclosure notices. The VA has offered very little publicly, and Congress is trying to determine the cause of the mistake. Reporter Patty Nieberg from Task & Purpose discusses the apparent lack of transparency and stonewalling that is creating greater uncertainty.
