Robert Peters, Senior Research Fellow for Strategic, shares the fact that the US Nuclear Arsenal is aging, with the NEWEST US nuclear weapon being built in 1989. Peters discusses a new documentary on the condition of America’s nuclear arsenal, the build-up of the modern Chinese arsenal, and policies that America and her allies should consider.
