Hermann Center for the Federal Budget) joins us to discuss the aftermath of the 2025 Shutdown, the probability of another shutdown in early 2026, and how the 2025 Shutdown will impact those running for office in 2026.

Richard and Jeff briefly toy with the idea that the fight over the ACA temporary subsidies might open the door to a bigger conversation about the stability of the ACA program//market.
