Listener favorite Richard Stern, Vice President, Plymouth Institute for Free Enterprise – Advancing American Freedom (AAF), joins host Jeff Chidester to provide a much-needed update and insight into the status of the Trump Administration tariff policy.

Richard takes a deep dive into what a disastrous policy the ’21st Century ROAD to Housing Act (H.R. 6644),’ would be if it were passed and implemented. If implemented, this policy, dubbed by Richard ‘The Road to Serfdom,’ would have a stifling effect on the housing markets.
