Right to Try: Rep. Brian Cole and Steven Kesselring
We are joined in the studio by NH State Representatives Kesselring and Cole to discuss access to medical treatment in New Hampshire. New Hampshire is moving legislation through the legislative process, often referred to as “right to try.”
This legislation would allow terminally ill and chronically ill patients to seek medically approved, experimental treatment to help with their illness. The Representatives are the authors and sponsors of the two pieces of legislation and share the intent, safeguards, and reaction to the bills.
