Sarah Scott, Deputy State Director for AFP – NH, joins us to discuss the effort in New Hampshire to implement a battery tax (fee), shortly after the veto of a tax on paint.

We also talk about ‘Right to Try’ legislation and efforts to codify the requirement in New Hampshire law that broad-based taxes be approved by 2/3 of the legislature.
