April 15, 2026, is Tax Day, and many Americans will see more in their wallets thanks to the 2025 passage of tax-free tips and overtime.

Sean Kennedy of the National Restaurant Association joins us to discuss the positive impact this tax policy is having on the restaurant industry as a whole.

Sean also shares a little about the mission of the National Restaurant Association, some of the other issues facing restaurants and their teams.
