NH SOS David Scanlan joins us to discuss the handling of the recent request from the federal DOJ for NH to provide/hand over vote registration files for federal review.  SOS Scanlan explains his reasoning for not surrendering files, but shares that the conversations with the DOJ have been very cordial, and that the Secretary provided some legal options that would most likely remedy the request.
