Experience The Golden Age of NH Aviation
Experience The Golden Age of NH Aviation

Asst. Director for the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire, Leah Dearborn, joins us to talk about two exciting events coming up at the museum that highlight the rich aviation history of NH.

Jane Rice, author of ‘Bob Fogg and New Hampshire’s Golden Age of Aviation,’ shares the incredible story of Fogg, a pioneering Granite State pilot. The event will be on Thursday, Aug. 7, and Rice will be doing a book signing and presentation.

F om Friday, Aug. 15 through Sunday, Aug. 17, the exhibit ‘Rise Above,’ will highlight the achievements of the Tuskegee Airmen and the Women’s Air Force Service Pilots, and will be open to the public free of charge.

The exhibit includes an iconic P-51C Mustang fighter aircraft painted in Tuskegee Squadron’s ‘Red Tail’ design—one of the few still flying today.
