Congress is getting ready for its full Independence Day break, with a few matters left open. Emily talks about the Housing Bill and how many memebers of Congress (bipartisan) expressed concern about President Trump’s delay in signing the popular bill.

Emily also expressed surprise that no real moveemt on FISA legislation has emerged since the provision expired.
