It is always a pleasure when we get a chance to catch up with the President/CEO of Northeast Delta Dental, Tom Raffio (a Baldrige National Quality Award recipient).

Tom discusses Delta Dental’s new partnership with Whittemore Center Arena, including the launch of the Delta Dental Lobby, which will welcome and educate attendees as they enter the arena.

Tom provides an update on Delta Dental’s ongoing community health program that helps Medicaid patients by providing access to mobile care vans. We also chatted about Delta Dental’s Veterans oral health assistance services.
