CONCORD, N.H. –Officials with New Hampshire Fire Academy and Emergency Medical services are warning residents of a phishing scam going out to NH providers regarding EMS licensing that claims to be from the Division of Fire Standards and Training & Emergency Medical Services.
Authorities say the email claims to have a secure message regarding licensing accessible through a link, which then prompts the user to download a file update.
Following an investigation, authorities say those recipients should not click the link; instead, delete the email.
