Adam Montgomery ordered to pay millions of dollars in wrongful death lawsuit

CONCORD, NH –

A Judge has ordered Adam Montgomery to pay Crystal Sorey $15 million in connection with a wrongful death lawsuit.

Montgomery was convicted in 2024 of murdering his daughter Harmony he has maintained his innocence –

Harmony’s mother Crystal brought the lawsuit against Montgomery -who failed to respond to notices about the lawsuit regarding their daughter’s death. Allowing Sorey to win the case by default. Harmony’s body has never been found.
