BERLIN, N.H.- Authorities say an investigation is underway into what is being described as a murder-suicide at an area restaurant.
According to the State’s Attorney General Sunday morning police responded to reports of gunshots at the La Casita Mexican Restaurant on Hillside Ave. Once on scene officers found the body of 25-year-old Sandra Marisol Fuentes Huaracha, an employee, who had been shot multiple times.
Following an extended search of the premises Police discovered the body of 50-year-old Michael Gleason Jr. in the bathroom and say that Gleason died from a self-inflicted gunshot to the head.
Authorities say the pair were reportedly in a relationship which had recently ended. Police say autopsies will be performed Monday.
