Bedford, NH schools proceed with ADA upgrades despite budget cuts

BEDFORD, NH – The Bedford School Board this week discussed ways to reduce their budget after voters rejected the district’s 97 million dollar budget at this year’s town elections.

The School Board has placed several projects on hold but is moving ahead with accessibility and security improvements

Among the projects are four new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) automatic door openers at Bedford High School and a Middle School, for a total of $50,000.
