Two people are facing charges more than two months after a teenager suffered fatal injuries while exiting a moving vehicle in Bedford. 17-year-old Tyson Bolduc jumped out of a vehicle while it was traveling on Wallace Road in Bedford on June 8th. Bolduc, a Bedford High School junior, later died at the hospital from his injuries. The driver of that vehicle, a 17-year-old boy, did not have any substances in his system at the time of the incident but has been charged with transportation of alcohol and open container. Police say they were able to determine the driver and Bolduc were at a party at a private home where underage drinking occurred. 55-year-old Heather Keegan of Bedford faces a charge of facilitating an underage alcohol party.
