Lawyers representing a Bedford woman charged with hosting an underage drinking party prior to a motor vehicle accident which claimed the life of a teen this past summer say they want to take their chances in court. Last week, an attorney for Heather Keegan requested the trial, connected to the June 8th death of Tyson Bolduc. It remains unclear if Bolduc consumed alcohol at the party or what exactly led him to be thrown from a car driven by another 17-year-old who was charged with having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Keegan’s trial is scheduled for 2026.
