Boston-based food company recalls frozen Buffalo chicken products produced without inspection

MANCHESTER, N.H.- The Shanghai Ravioli Corporation has recalled thousands of pounds of frozen, not ready-to-eat Buffalo chicken products that were produced without the benefit of inspection
.
According to the US Department of Agriculture has recalled products produced between July 8th of 2025 and June 29th of this year, and which were distributed in every New England state with the exception of Connecticut.

Those curious if they currently have recalled products can find details of the recalled items below:

Cardboard boxes containing 100 pieces of “BUFFALO CHICKEN RANGOON” and “Sell By” dates from July 8, 2026, to June 29, 2027, represented on the label.

Cardboard boxes containing 120 pieces of “BENEDETTO’S BUFFALO CHICKEN MOZZARELLA STICK” and “Sell By” dates from July 8, 2026, to June 29, 2027, represented on the label.

The USDA notes the recalled products feature false marks of inspection with establishment number “EST. 18004,” which the USDA says does not have a federal grant of inspection.
