WINDHAM, N.H.- Authorities say Elijah Blue Allman, the son of Cher and Greg Allman is facing new charges after being arrested Sunday.

According to Police, officers responded to a home and found signs of forced entry with the homeowner telling the 911 operator that someone had broken into her home. Once on scene officers found the 49-year-old Allman was found inside a home sitting on a couch smoking a cigarette. At the time of his arrest Allman allegedly told officers he had permission to be in the home.

Following his arrest Allman was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief and breach of bail and arraigned Monday in Salem District Court where he was ordered held in preventative detention.

Sunday’s arrest comes after Allman was arrested two days earlier for causing a disturbance at the St. Paul School in Concord.
