WINDHAM, N.H.- Authorities say Elijah Blue Allman, the son of Cher and Greg Allman is facing new charges after being arrested Sunday.

According to Police, officers responded to a home and found signs of forced entry with the homeowner telling the 911 operator that someone had broken into her home. Once on scene officers found the 49-year-old Allman was found inside a home sitting on a couch smoking a cigarette. At the time of his arrest Allman allegedly told officers he had permission to be in the home.

Sunday’s arrest comes after Allman was arrested two days earlier for causing a disturbance at the St. Paul School in Concord.
