Coalition Will Focus on Addiction Recovery for Homeless

The Addiction Recovery Coalition of New Hampshire will expand its outreach work in the city’s downtown to try and connect those struggling with substance use issues with services after downtown business owners expressed frustration with the current state of homelessness in Manchester. ARCNH’s executive director telling News 9 the work will focus on finding treatment that leads to long-term recovery.
