A Bath man has been arrested for the murder of his sister-in-law and niece. According to the state Attorney General’s office, police responded to reports of gunshots at 11 Tyler Way yesterday afternoon and found 67-year-old Cindy Moody and her daughter, 39-year-old Kristal Moody, dead at the scene. Officers also found Charles “Chuck” Readey holding a firearm at the home. He was safely detained a short time later and now faces 2 counts of second-degree murder.
