Elderly homeless man arrested for indecent exposure at Derry McDonald’s

DERRY, N.H.- Police say an elderly homeless man has been arrested and is now facing charges for his alleged behavior in the parking lot of a local McDonalds.

According to Police Leon Surrette,80, was taken into custody around 7p.m. Tuesday after police say they received a report of an unidentified man exposing himself in the parking lot.

Following his arrest Surrette was charged with indecent exposure.

As for a probable cause hearing, authorities have yet to determine an exact date.

Police are now looking to the public and asking anyone with additional information related to this incident to please come forward.
