Giuliani released from the hospital following crash in Manchester

MANCHESTER, N.H.- Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was seriously injured in a car crash in New Hampshire over the weekend after helping a domestic violence victim.

According to State Police a little after 10pm Saturday night an SUV carrying Giuliani was struck from behind by another vehicle driven by the woman who Giuliani aided earlier in the evening in a domestic violence incident.

Following the crash Giuliani was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for a fractured thoracic vertebra and was released Monday, with officials noting that he’s expected to be ok.
