Governor Kelly Ayotte and legislative budget writers are trying to find new sources of funding after federal officials said they’re re-claiming up to $80 million in unspent COVID-19 related funds. NH’s Health and Human Services Commissioner told the Executive Council she only recently learned of this action and is combing through her budget to determine what spending might be affected.
