Londonderry man arrested following a standoff with Police

LONDONDERRY N.H.- Police say Dennis Tetreault, 38, is facing charges of criminal threatening and domestic violence following his arrest over the weekend.

On Sunday evening around 9 p.m. Police responded to a residence on Ridgemont Drive following a 911 call – where caller reported that a family member was acting aggressively and was in possession of a knife.

Upon arrival officers safely evacuated all residents from the home while the suspect retreated to the basement.

After approximately one hour, the suspect surrendered peacefully and was taken into custody without incident.
