The man accused of killing an Endicott College police sergeant from Exeter is pleading not guilty to manslaughter and other charges. Prosecutors said 40-year-old Keoma Duarte, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when he allegedly struck 49-year-old Sgt. Jeremy Cole’s car early Thanksgiving morning. Cole was on his way home when his car was hit head-on by Duarte’s vehicle on Interstate 95.
