A man is facing charges after police say he knocked over a portable toilet containing a woman and child. Witnesses told Manchester police the man and woman had been arguing near the port-a-potty at Derryfield park on Wednesday. When the woman, who apparently didn’t know the man, went inside to help her daughter, the man pushed the porta potty over and it landed with the door on the pavement. Bystanders freed the woman and child. The pair reported being covered in feces and bodily fluids. The 18-year-old man identified as Aiden Studer was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and restraint as well as simple assault for allegedly throwing something at an officer.
