Manchester man charged out of weekend standoff

MANCHESTER, N.H.- A weekend staff off has resulted in a local man in police custody.

According to Police Roberto Diaz,44, has been charged out an incident which began when police first responded to a report of a stray bullet passing through a nearby apartment on Agnes Street.

Once on scene police determined where the originated from and then came into contact with Diaz but note that he refused to comply with police, which resulted in police calling in support from the department’s SWAT team.

The standoff ended with Diaz surrendering to authorities.

Authorities note that no injuries were reported, and everyone involved in this incident have been identified.
