Please plan ahead for traffic impacts Sunday, November 9
📍 Elm Street will be CLOSED between Granite St. and Bridge St. from 6 AM–5 PM.
🚗 All vehicles parked in this area will be towed.
🚧 Bridge Street Bridge will also be closed for a portion of the day.
⚠️ Expect significant delays throughout the city.
Full road closures include:
Elm St. (Bridge–Granite),
McGregor St., Eddy Rd.,
Bremer St.,
Electric St.,
Franklin St. (NB),
Bridge St. Bridge,
Coolidge Ave.,
Granite St.,
Riverwalk Trail,
Reservoir Ave./Circular Dr., and sections of Hanover St.
Partial closures or delays will affect Commercial St., Spring St., Canal St., Lexington St., Walnut St., Juniper St., Red Coat Ln., and Belmont St.
Manchester Police Department will have officers posted throughout the routes to assist with traffic and ensure safety.
