A teacher from Manchester’s West High School is on paid administrative leave after being accused of sex trafficking of a minor. Homeland Security and the U.S. Attorney along with Manchester police say 46-year-old Stacey Ray Lancaster of Hudson, who’s in charge of the high school’s Naval Junior ROTC program, was arrested along with with 2 others. The alleged crime took place during a sting operation after Lancaster attempted to meet a minor child under the age of 18 at a Manchester hotel with the intention of having sex, according to federal officials.
The other two arrested were 42-year-old Arthur Picanco of Bradford, Mass., and 38-year-old Ozeias Luiz Guilherme of Haverhill, Mass. They were also charged with attempted sex trafficking of a minor.
The Manchester School Superintendent says the arrest was not connected to a student within the district.
