Nadeau indicted on upgraded murder charge, 5 other charges

MANCHESTER, N.H.- A Hillsborough County grand jury on Thursday handed up several indictments against the Nashua man accused of fatally shooting a man and wounding several others as they dined in a restaurant at Nashua’s Sky Meadow Country Club this past September.

According to court documents Hunter Nadeau is facing a murder charge that was upgraded to alternative counts of purposeful first-degree murder and reckless second-degree murder for the shooting death of Robert DeCesare and wounding two others.

Officials note that the indictments also include two counts of attempted murder and two counts of first-degree assault.

Following Thursday’s proceedings, the 24-year-old Nadeau is scheduled to be arraigned on the upgraded indictments on Feb 6th in Hillsborough County Superior Court.
